I work with adults and teenagers who are feeling stuck, numb, anxious or unsure of what they are doing with their life. These are feelings that everyone has from time to time, but when they take over psychotherapy can be a useful tool.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social worker who has been practicing for seven years in the Philadelphia area providing individual and relationship counseling, consultation, and training. I earned my Masters in Social Work and Doctorate in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University.

I work from a client-centered perspective and use a combination of Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness methods. What this means for you is that I have tools to help you figure out what’s going on and how to make it better and I provide a safe space where that can happen.  I am also a trained Sex Therapist working towards is accreditation from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

My presentation and training experience includes providing workshops for clinicians at both regional and national conferences  and teaching programs including the American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference, True Colors Conference, Arcadia University, Temple University, University of Pennsylvania, Widener University, and Bryn Mawr. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work, the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, and have Certificate in Clinical Supervision from the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work.
